The National Regulatory System for Community Housing Review team is holding a series of roundtables around the country to discuss elements of the Discussion Paper in February and March 2019, ahead of the closing date for written submissions (15 March 2019).
The review provides a key opportunity to put forward your views on improving the NRSCH and fostering better national regulation of the community housing sector.
The NRSCH Consultation session for Melbourne is scheduled for 9.30am to 1:30pm on Tuesday 12 March at the Leichhardt room, Dialogue Conference Centre, rear of 50 Lonsdale Street, Melbourne. It will session will be facilitated by Dr Michael Fotheringham, CEO of AHURI on behalf of the NRSCH Review Working Group.
Due to the format of the consultation sessions, there are a limited number of places available. As a result, we are seeking expressions of interest from Community Housing Organisations to attend the session, which we will use to ensure a mix of housing organisations are represented. Places will be limited to one person per organisation.
To submit an Expression of Interest for the session, please provide to Sabrina.Ater@dhhs.vic.gov.au by Close of Business, Monday 4 March:
- Name of your organisation
- Registration type
- Number of properties
- Geographic focus (e.g. Melbourne, Barwon, Gippsland etc)
